通过分析不同养殖海域、不同品种海带中无机砷和总砷含量在养殖期间的变化,研究海带中总砷及无机砷的富集规律。结果显示,在生长期内海带对总砷的富集呈增长趋势,而无机砷含量则逐渐降低,其占总砷的比例由3月份1.36%~1.47%下降到7月份的0.41%~0.57%;同一海域、不同品种的海带对总砷和无机砷的富集具有差异性;同时期在不同养殖海域采收的同品种海带总砷和无机砷含量差异显著。基于监测数据对海带中的无机砷进行分析,所有海带样品中无机砷含量远低于现行食品卫生标准中的限量要求,不对食用安全性造成影响。
By analyzing the changes of inorganic arsenic and total arsenic in different cultivated sea areas and different kelp cultivars, the enrichment of total arsenic and inorganic arsenic in kelp was studied. The results showed that during the growth period, the enrichment of total arsenic in kelp showed a trend of increase, while the content of inorganic arsenic gradually decreased. The percentage of total arsenic in the kelp decreased from 1.36% to 1.47% in March to 0.41% to 0.57% in July. ; In the same sea area, different varieties of kelp have different concentrations of total arsenic and inorganic arsenic. Meanwhile, the contents of total arsenic and inorganic arsenic in the kelp collected from different culture areas were significantly different at the same time. Based on the monitoring data, the inorganic arsenic in kelp was analyzed. The content of inorganic arsenic in all kelp samples was much lower than the current food hygiene standards, which did not affect food safety.
