本文报道了用于大体积浇注水泥固化后处理厂有机废液(30%TBP+70%OK)的基础配方的研究方法和结果。在乳化-固化工艺中以醚类表面活性剂 OUPE 为乳化剂,市售水泥外加剂 DH_(4A)为缓凝剂;在吸附-乳化-固化工艺中除上述试剂外又加入 DX-SL 或 ZX-SL 活性炭作为吸附剂。试验结果表明,二种不同固化工艺所得固化体中有机废液包容量分别为其总重量的15%和18%,固化体抗压强度均大于5MPa;第二种固化工艺所得固化体的核素浸出率低于第一种,后者在第42天的浸出率分别为:~(137)Cs,3.5×10~(-4)cm/d;~(90)Sr,3.2×10~(-4)cm/d;~(239)Pu,1.3×10~(-6)cm/d。
This paper reports the research methods and results of a basic formulation for the mass-pouring of organic waste (30% TBP + 70% OK) in a post-treatment plant for cement curing. In the emulsification - curing process with ether surfactant OUPE as emulsifier, commercially available cement additive DH_ (4A) as a retarder; in the adsorption - emulsification - curing process in addition to the above reagents and added DX-SL or ZX -SL activated carbon as adsorbent. The results show that the two types of curing process obtained solid waste organic waste volume were 15% of their total weight and 18%, respectively, the compressive strength of the cured body are greater than 5MPa; the second curing process obtained nuclide The leaching rate of the latter was lower than that of the first one.
