高校图书馆未来将更多地注重服务范围和服务质量。为此,高校图书馆要不断地设计和开发服务并及时告知读者用户,同时通过寻求对读者用户需求的理解,尤其是少数群体用户,协助读者更好地对未来做好计划。目前图书馆通常使用调查仪器设备来与客户交流而提供服务,为了确保调查结果具有最好的质量,以保障给读者提供优质服务,图书馆员一方面寻求用户的参与和投入,组成工作小组来满足学术人员和学生的需求,另一方面以图书馆作为主体,通过聚集客户和收集利益相关者的反馈,为图书馆的未来服务提供一个更为广泛的审查。为此,本文将着重从提升用户调查质量出发,以协助读者明确需求,达到是高校图书馆未来服务要求。
The future of university library will pay more attention to the service scope and service quality.
