为改变传统教学模式、促进《组织行为学》教学发展、提升学生专业素养,在多年教学经验的过程中,逐步探索并实证了几种教学模式:启发式教学法、案例教学法、情景模拟教学法、合作性学习教学法、SECI模型应用教学法以及体验式教学法。这些教学方法能有效地激发学生的学习兴趣,调动学生的学习热情,提高学生的参与程度,加强学生的实践技能,从而实现了教与学的互动,强化了《组织行为学》的课堂教学效果。
In order to change the traditional teaching mode, promote the development of “organizational behavior” teaching and enhance the professionalism of students, during the years of teaching experience, several teaching modes have been gradually explored and tested: heuristic teaching, case teaching teaching and scenario simulation teaching Law, cooperative learning teaching method, SECI model application teaching method and experiential teaching method.
