对莱钢股份炼钢厂铁水预处理系统存在的问题进行了分析。通过脱硫与扒渣工位的复合设置改造、优化喷枪各项工艺参数和插入深度、应用高效扒渣机以及自主开发CaO-A l2O3-S iO2系聚渣剂等措施,脱硫处理率达到了90%以上,提高了脱硫效率及工艺稳定性,减少了扒渣铁损和回硫,使回硫量控制在0.002%以内,减轻了喷吹脱硫作业负担,满足了全量铁水预处理与转炉快节奏生产并吹氩直上工艺的匹配。
The problems existing in the hot metal pretreatment system in Laiwu Steel Co., Ltd. were analyzed. Through the combination of desulphurization and slag-setting stations, the processing parameters and insertion depth of the spray gun are optimized, and the efficient deslagging machine and the self-developed CaO-Al203-SiO2 catalyst are developed. The desulphurization rate reaches 90 %, Improve the desulfurization efficiency and process stability, reduce iron loss and desulphurization slag, so that the amount of sulfur back to less than 0.002%, reducing the burden of desulphurization operation, to meet the full amount of hot metal pretreatment and converter fast-paced Argon production and blowing straight on the process of matching.
