为了验证井下巷道快速掘进支护平台防护盾结构设计的合理性,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS分析其应力。分析防护盾受力情况,设计防护盾结构,基于Solidworks操作平台,建立防护盾的三维模型,使用ANSYS建立有限元模型,对其进行静态结构分析,得出应力图。研究结果表明,防护盾结构设计合理,发现较大应力集中的部位在销轴处,提出改善办法,有助于提高防护盾的安全性。
In order to validate the rationality of shield design of tunneling support in rapid underground roadway, the stress was analyzed by finite element analysis software ANSYS. Based on the Solidworks operating platform, a three-dimensional model of the shield was established. The finite element model was established by ANSYS, and the static structure analysis was carried out to get the stress diagram. The results show that the design of the shield is reasonable and it is found that the larger part of the stress concentration is located at the pin shaft and the improvement measures are proposed to improve the safety of the shield.
