随着液压技术的迅速发展,液压系统的污染控制已越来越为人们所重视,这是保证系统正常工作,延长系统寿命的必要措施。液压系统的污染控制主要包括:油液污染的检测、系统和元件的清洗和油液的过滤。因此,过滤是液压系统污染控制的重要手段。过滤器的选用和维护是否合理,对系统的工作性能和使用寿命影响很大。本文根据有关的外文材料,介绍过滤器合理选用和维护方面的知识,供国内从事液压技术工作的人员参考。
With the rapid development of hydraulic technology, the pollution control of hydraulic system has been paid more and more attention by people, which is the necessary measure to ensure the normal operation of the system and prolong the life of the system. Hydraulic system pollution control include: oil pollution testing, cleaning systems and components and oil filtration. Therefore, filtration is an important means of hydraulic system pollution control. Filter selection and maintenance is reasonable, the system performance and service life of a great impact.
