目前,电力行业市场开放程度越来越高,电力企业之间的竞争日益激励,为实现长远发展,加强电力营销管理是必要的,利于增强电力企业核心竞争力。本文从实际情况入手,对电力企业电力营销现状进行了分析,针对其中存在的问题提出了相应的管理策略,以加强电力营销管理,促进电力企业电力销售,扩大利润。
At present, the market opening up in power industry is getting higher and higher. The competition among power companies is increasingly stimulating. In order to achieve long-term development, it is necessary to strengthen the management of power marketing so as to enhance the core competitiveness of power enterprises. Starting with the actual situation, this paper analyzes the status quo of electric power marketing in power enterprises and puts forward corresponding management strategies according to the existing problems so as to strengthen the management of electric power marketing, promote the electricity sales of electric power enterprises and increase profits.
