1 概述抗压强度超过60MPa的高强混凝土比普通混凝土干燥收缩小,但由于水泥用量大,随着水化反应的进行就会发生很大的自收缩性。自收缩引起的问题:混凝土构件因自收缩而产生裂缝、强度下降、雨水渗漏和板筋锈蚀等,对构件的耐久性颇有影响。根据对受弯构件应力的研究,降低自收缩性可缓和构件断面内的应力,对裂缝和变形具有提高长期抵抗性能的显著效果。
1 Summary High-strength concrete with compressive strength over 60MPa has smaller shrinkage and drying shrinkage than ordinary concrete, but due to the large amount of cement, great self-shrinkage will occur with the hydration reaction. Self-shrinkage problems: Cracking of concrete components due to self-shrinkage, reduced strength, rainwater leakage, and tendon corrosion have an impact on component durability. According to the study of the stress of flexural members, reducing the self-shrinkage can ease the stress in the section of the member, and has the remarkable effect of improving long-term resistance to cracks and deformation.
