目的分析猪蛔虫可溶性抗原(Ascaris suumantigen,AsAg)与日本血吸虫可溶性抗原(Schistosoma japonicumantigen,SjAg)、囊虫可溶性抗原(Taenia soliumcysticer cuscellulosae Antigen,TscAg)、旋毛虫可溶性抗原(Trichinellaspiralisantigen,TsAg)和肺吸虫可溶性抗原(Paragonimus westermaniantigen,PwAg)的共同蛋白组分及其抗原性。方法用Dot-ELISA分析5种抗原的交叉反应性,用SDS-PAGE分析AsAg、SjAg、TscAg、TsAg和PwAg的蛋白组分;将各蛋白组分分别与猪蛔虫免疫血清进行Western blot,分析其抗原性。结果SDS-PAGE显示AsAg与SjAg、TscAg、TsAg和PwAg间存在分子质量相近的蛋白组分;Western blot显示上述抗原均能被猪蛔虫免疫血清识别。结论AsAg与SjAg、TscAg、TsAg和PwAg间存在着具有抗原性的共同蛋白组分。
Objective To analyze the relationship between Ascaris suumantigen (AsAg) and Schistosoma japonicumantigen (SjAg), TscAg, TsAg, and Paragonimus solu- tifolia Soluble antigen Common protein components of antigen (Paragonimus westermaniantigen, PwAg) and their antigenicity. Methods The cross-reactivity of five antigens was analyzed by Dot-ELISA. The protein components of AsAg, SjAg, TscAg, TsAg and PwAg were analyzed by SDS-PAGE. Antigenicity. Results SDS-PAGE showed that protein components with similar molecular mass existed between AsAg and SjAg, TscAg, TsAg and PwAg. Western blot showed that the above antigens could be recognized by Ascaris suum immunization serum. Conclusion There are antigenic common protein components between AsAg and SjAg, TscAg, TsAg and PwAg.
