目的采用膜分离技术解决安神补脑液的质量稳定性问题。方法在安神药材的提取中采用陶瓷膜过滤,然后醇沉除杂;在安神补脑液配制的末端过滤采用管式有机膜过滤,考察不同规格的膜材料及在不同参数条件下,对安神补脑液产品的质量稳定性影响。结果采用滤膜孔径100 nm的陶瓷膜直接处理药材水提液,可有效降低醇沉时乙醇的耗用量,提高除杂效率,降低能耗。结合后端采用管式有机膜过滤,可有效提高制剂的澄明度和稳定性。结论通过采用先进的膜分离技术,优化工艺参数,可有效解决安神补脑液的澄清度问题。
Objective To solve the problem of the quality and stability of Anshen Bunao fluid by membrane separation technology. Methods In the extraction of soothing herbs, the membranes were filtered with ceramic membrane and then washed with alcohol to get rid of impurities. The membrane was filtered through a tubular organic membrane at the end of soothe the nerves in preparation of brain fluid, and the membrane materials of different specifications were examined under different parameters. Results The ceramic membrane with pore size of 100 nm was used to directly treat the aqueous extract of medicinal plants, which could effectively reduce the consumption of ethanol during alcohol precipitation, improve the removal efficiency and reduce the energy consumption. Combined with backend using tubular organic membrane filtration, can effectively improve the clarity and stability of the preparation. Conclusion Through the use of advanced membrane separation technology, optimization of process parameters, can effectively solve the Anshen Bunao fluid clarity problem.
