上海人民电器厂是1914年成立、生产低压电器的百年老厂,现有员工1400多人,分布在106个班组,其中生产班组80多个。随着工厂产品结构、组织结构、人员结构的三大变化,厂工会提出班组建设四大任务:加强学习教育,提升员工学习力;加强队伍建设,提升战斗力;加强人际交流,提升沟通力;加强服务功能,提升凝聚力;实现1/3班组长重点培养;1/3班组跨入先进班组行列;1/3班组
Shanghai People’s Electric Appliance Factory was founded in 1914 to produce 100-year-old factory of low-voltage electrical appliances. Currently, there are more than 1,400 employees in 106 teams, including more than 80 production teams.
