作为语言的一大特征,模糊语言在英语交际中普遍存在,研究模糊语言对于提高英语学习效率和效果具有积极意义。高职高专学生的英语基础都比较薄弱,学习兴趣不浓,学习积极性也不高,在英语教学中注重模糊语言的学习和运用有助于改善这一状况。为了使高职高专英语教师了解和熟悉模糊英语,本文先对模糊语言概念及模糊英语特点进行阐述,然后结合高职高专学生的特点及其英语学习状况阐述了六大模糊语言的语用价值,教师研究并运用其模糊语言的语用价值,将会有助于提高学生的英语运用能力和英语课堂教学效率。
As a major feature of language, vague language is ubiquitous in English communication. Studying vague language has positive significance to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of English learning. The English foundation of higher vocational college students are relatively weak, interest in learning is not concentrated, learning enthusiasm is not high, focusing on vague language learning and use of English teaching can help to improve the situation. In order to make the English teachers in higher vocational colleges understand and familiar with fuzzy English, this paper elaborates the concept of fuzzy language and the characteristics of fuzzy English firstly, and then expounds the pragmatics of the six vague languages by combining the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges and their English learning. Value, teachers study and use their pragmatic value of vague language, will help to improve students’ ability to use English and English classroom teaching efficiency.
