本文采用双层辉光离子渗金属技术(简称Xu-Tec法)进行了灰口铸铁表面渗Cr及Cr-Ni共渗的研究。实验工艺在采用表面工程研究所经多年实践所确定的最佳工艺参数(Vs、VC、P等)基础上,讨论了时间、温度对渗层的影响,分析了友口铸铁经离子渗Cr及Cr-Ni共渗后渗层组织,表面成分与硬度分布,并详细讨论了渗层的耐磨性和耐蚀性。
In this paper, double glow plasma seepage metal technology (referred to as Xu-Tec method) on the gray cast iron surface infiltration Cr and Cr-Ni permeation studies. Based on the best process parameters (Vs, VC, P, etc.) determined by Surface Engineering Institute after many years of practice, the effects of time and temperature on the formation are discussed. The effects of ionizing Cr and The microstructure, surface composition and hardness distribution of the infiltrated layer after Cr-Ni infiltration were studied. The wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the infiltrated layer were discussed in detail.
