如何充分利用工行网络大学多项优势,培育人才,成就员工,基层行特别是支行有很多工作要进一步做好。笔者认为在外网系统投产之后,员工参加网络培训的帮促工作重点应转变为加强对员工网络学习的具体指导,确保网络学习收到最佳的效果。一、加强网络培训的组织推动工作一是加强组织领导。基层行要把对员工的培训上升到督促员工自觉遵守行为准则、制度落实以及业务能力的提升之上。并通过培训工作了解员工的思想动态、业务技能真实水平,为各行做好教育员工和推动各项工作发展起到参谋作用。二是成立指导小组。主要职责是指导整体推进,以及各个条线、分门别类、各项培训学习的顺利开展。制定《员工教育培训计划》,指导员工合理安排学习时长和学习频率,提高学习效果。三是下达参考课程指引,使员工的网络学习做到有的放矢;开展网络培训调研分析、交流活动,对员工在网络大学学习过程中遇
