波形蛋白作为肿瘤标志的评价

波形蛋白(Vimentin)为间质及各种培养细胞中含有8~10nm纤维的中间微丝蛋白的亚蛋白,分子量为57000。作者用商品化的Vimentin单克隆抗体,对部分间质及上皮起源的肿瘤进行了抗体特异性及组织学鉴定。经病理学证实的198例肉瘤、38例癌、13例含有梭形细胞的肿瘤及22例恶性黑色素瘤的组织标本,均用10%福尔马林固定,石蜡包埋,间接免疫酶染色。结果提示,Vimentin单抗在卡波西(K-aposi’s)肉瘤、未分化肉瘤及黑色索瘤中的阳 Vimentin is a subprotein of intermediate microfilamin containing 8-10 nm fibers in the interstitial and various cultured cells, and has a molecular weight of 57,000. Using commercial Vimentin monoclonal antibodies, the authors performed antibody-specific and histological identification of tumors of some mesenchymal and epithelial origin. 198 sarcomas, 38 cancers, 13 spindle cell-containing tumors, and 22 malignant melanoma tissue specimens confirmed by pathology were fixed in 10% formalin, embedded in paraffin and indirectly immunoenzymatically stained.
