乌兰浩特市林少荒山多,森林覆被率仅6.5％,有80万亩荒山荒地尚未开发。三中全会以来,生产迅速发展,农民逐渐富裕,广大群众迫切要求开发荒山,解决烧柴,根治水土流失。今年六月初,市委、市政府顺乎民心,进一步放宽政策,制定了鼓励农民承包荒山、植树造林的十项措施。 Wulanhaote less shelter hills, forest cover rate of only 6.5%, 80 million mu of barren hills and wastelands have not yet been developed.
