对 18 4名临床医生进行营养学知识问卷调查 ,结果表明调查对象的临床营养学知识普遍不足 ,不能满足临床工作的需要。其中基础营养学知识掌握情况要好于临床营养学知识 (P <0 .0 1) ;不同学历、职称、工龄及科室的医生之间 ,营养学知识的掌握情况差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。建议在高等医学院校适当增加《营养学》课时 ,增设《临床营养学》课程 ,并通过举办临床营养学培训班来提高在职医务人员的营养学知识水平 ,提高整体医疗素质。
The questionnaire survey of nutrition knowledge of 18 4 clinicians showed that the clinical nutrition knowledge of the respondents was generally inadequate and could not meet the needs of clinical work. Among them, the knowledge of basic nutrition was better than that of clinical nutrition (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the mastery of nutrition knowledge among doctors with different qualifications, titles, length of service and departments (P> 0. 0 5). It is suggested that a course on clinical nutrition should be added to higher medical schools as appropriate and nutrition training courses should be organized to improve the nutrition knowledge of working medical staff and to improve the overall medical quality.
