随着互联网技术和以智能手机为代表的智能终端的普及和应用,旅游业及旅游活动的信息化程度不断地加深,“智慧旅游”逐渐成为旅游研究中的热点问题。文章通过查阅相关文献,结合作者旅游经历和对旅游发展实践的思考,从“新”内容和“新”机制两个方面,总结归纳智慧旅游背景下对旅游公共服面临的的新要求。内容方面的新要求主要有基础设施、信息技术与安全、应用服务以及运营管理等方面;机制方面的新要求表现为“大数据”紧连“小个性”且要求旅游公共服务双向“甚至”多向“供给。
With the popularization and application of Internet technology and smart terminals represented by smartphones, the degree of informatization of tourism and tourism activities has been deepening, and ”Wisdom Travel“ has gradually become a hot issue in tourism research.
