商业活动应以顾客为中心,只有如此,才能体现社会主义商业对人的关心和照顾。商业环境设计讲究三理性原則:物理性、生理性和心理性。不论什么商店从心理上感受不适,顾客就不愿去购买。现在为什么有好多人托熟人走后门去买东西,其中问题之一就是要找信任度。建议有关部门能不能搞一个这样的商店,我卖的东西就是比别人贵,但质量是一流的,服务是一流的,设施也是一流的,增加购物环境的信任度。
Business activities should be customer-centered, and only in this way can we demonstrate the concern and care of socialist business people.
