目的 :研究亚硒酸钠对α 石英毒性的拮抗作用 ,探寻硅肺的发病机理及其防治。方法 :观察亚硒酸钠对α 石英诱发细胞毒性的作用及对实验性硅肺大鼠的作用。结果 :亚硒酸钠可明显抑制由α 石英引起的细胞存活率下降、脂质过氧化水平 (LPO)升高、胞浆游离Ca2 + 浓度 ([Ca2 + ]i)增大 ,并可减缓实验性硅肺大鼠肺组织硅结节的形成和纤维化的趋势。结论 :提示亚硒酸钠对α 石英毒性具有明显的拮抗作用 ,有可能成为硅肺防治药物之一。
Objective: To study the antagonism of sodium selenite to α-quartz toxicity and explore the pathogenesis and prevention of silicosis. Methods: The effect of sodium selenite on α-quartz induced cytotoxicity and its effect on experimental silicosis rats were observed. Results: Sodium selenite could significantly inhibit the decrease of cell viability caused by α-quartz, increase of lipid peroxidation (LPO) and increase of cytosolic free Ca 2+ concentration ([Ca 2+] i) Silico nodules formation and fibrosis tendency in lungs of sexually transmitted silicosis rats. Conclusion: It is suggested that sodium selenite has a significant antagonistic effect on α-quartz toxicity and may be one of the drugs for the prevention and treatment of silicosis.
