从企业文化的功能定位来看,其内含有增强凝聚力的元素,而凝聚力的高低又直接影响到以上组织结构的有序运行,以及企业总体目标的最终实现。煤炭企业往往属于大型国有企业,在长期的发展中积淀起了“家”文化的氛围。但在理解和谐企业文化时,决不能将前者无条件置换其中。在认识这种必然选择时,应在宏观、局部、微观等三个层面进行把握。这种和谐应抛弃传统的“一团和气”的固有观点。
