针对自动化集装箱码头水平搬运作业和堆场作业,提出一种集成调度优化方法,以最小化最大完工时间为目标,同时考虑船舶装、卸作业,建立自动升降车(automated lifting vehicles,ALV)调度与堆场位置分配集成优化模型,提出求解模型的优化算法,设计基于遗传算法的启发式算法,利用算例对模型与算法的有效性进行了验证.计算结果表明,提出的启发式算法可以提高运算效率,能够在很短的时间内对大规模算例求出高质量的解.另外,集成优化模型同时考虑码头多个作业环节,有利于提高自动化集装箱码头的装卸作业效率.
Aiming at the horizontal handling and yard operations of automated container terminals, an integrated scheduling optimization method is proposed to minimize the maximum completion time and take into account the loading and unloading operations of ships, the establishment of automatic lifting vehicles (ALV) scheduling and The optimization model of yard allocation is put forward, the optimization algorithm of solving model is proposed, the heuristic algorithm based on genetic algorithm is designed, and the effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified by the example.Results show that the proposed heuristic algorithm can improve the computing Efficiency, the high-quality solution can be found in a large scale in a very short period of time.In addition, the integration optimization model also considers multiple operations of the terminal, which is beneficial to improve the efficiency of the loading and unloading operation of the automated container terminal.
