4月9日,2014年度中石化科技开发项目鉴定会在北京举行。胜利油田采油院采机所承担的“丛式井多井联动节能抽油技术研究”在这次验收中脱颖而出,成为唯一一个整体技术达到国际领先的科研项目。该项目是针对丛式井“一井一机”抽油能耗高、系统设备多、投入大的问题而开展攻关研究的。采机所科研人员通过对曲柄换向及多系统动力传动系统、相位角分度平衡技术、作业生产匹配协调等关键技术研究攻关,在国内外首次实现了负荷能力大、可靠性高、寿命长的一机多井抽油技术,具有显著的减少设备投资和节电效
