医院人事制度改革势必涉及部分职工及其工作岗位调整 ,导致思想波动和心理压力 ,故加强人事制度改革中的职工思想工作十分必要。因此 ,一是全面掌握职工在人事制度改革过程中的思想状况 :①肯定正面效应 ;②正确对待负面影响 ;③抓好认识滞后职工的教育。二是做好人事制度改革过程中职工思想工作 ,即领导班子要充分理解和学习相关文件精神 ,转变观念 ,统一步伐 ,达成共识。同时做好聘退、待岗、下岗等职工的安置工作 ,消除其后顾之忧
The reform of hospital personnel system is bound to involve the adjustment of some employees and their jobs, leading to ideological fluctuations and psychological pressure. Therefore, it is very necessary to strengthen ideological and worker’s work in the personnel system reform. Therefore, firstly, we should fully grasp the ideological conditions of employees in the process of personnel system reform: ① affirming the positive effect; ② correctly treating the negative impacts; and ③ making a good understanding of the education of laggard employees. Second, ideological and political work should be done in the process of personnel system reform. That is, the leading body should fully understand and learn the spirit of relevant documents, change concepts and unify the pace and reach consensus. At the same time do a good job hiring, waiting for posts, laid-off workers and other resettlement work to eliminate their worries
