按照金属材料薄板和薄带拉伸应变硬化指数测定的方法进行测试和计算,利用高分辨率Zwick试验机对应力、应变相关数据进行处理,采用包括两点法、差分法、回归法进行计算,在规定的应变范围内(10%~20%)测试的n值有极高的准确度和可靠性。测试n值的方法中,用区间回归法在应变10%~20%之间回归后计算得到数据n10-20与Zwick试验机计算检测的n值较为接近,误差较小。实际检测中可以考虑用5点拟合的方法进行数据计算,其计算数据与n10-20误差在1%以内。
