苏霍姆林斯基在《给教师的建议》里指出:“学生的智力发展取决于良好的阅读能力。”然而,我身边的绝大多数老师和家长都认为,学生连完成基本作业都很费力了,还是少读课外书,集中精力务正业的好。这也使得我在教育实践中处于矛盾的状态。于是,我在实践中做了以下尝试:激发学生进行课外阅读的兴趣、为持续阅读营造环境、进行有效的效果反馈。
