长期以来,高职院校在英语教学中无论是教师的教课还是学生的学习都比较忽略词汇,教师认为学生应该自主的学习词汇,而学生在对词汇学习不理想的同时逐渐放弃词汇学习。本文提出,教师应重视词汇教学,在教学过程中加强激发学生学习兴趣、让学生了解词汇学相关知识以及掌握合适的词汇记忆策略。
For a long time, in the teaching of English in higher vocational colleges, both the teachers ’teaching and the students’ learning have ignored the vocabulary. Teachers think that the students should learn the vocabulary autonomously while the students gradually abandon the vocabulary learning while they are not good at the vocabulary learning. This paper argues that teachers should pay attention to vocabulary teaching, strengthen students’ interest in learning during the teaching process, make students understand the relevant knowledge of lexics and master the appropriate vocabulary memory strategies.
