民航业:重组后新挑战

不久前,中国政府批准了中国民航重组方案,举世瞩目。中国民用航空总局副局长杨国庆告诉记者,民航系统正在实行政企分开,企业成为市场的主体,民航要建立起完善的市场经济体制。 中国承诺加入WTO之后,开放航空运输、计算机订座和航空维修三个领域,目前已经开放了计算机订座和航空维修两个市场。 中国民航业正在经历一场前所未有的深刻变化。中国民航管理干部学院院长段继延提出,民航业需要倾听国际上有经验的大公司的建议。 在“IBM论坛2002”的前一天,IBM全球资深副总裁Christian Not long ago, the Chinese government approved the plan for the reorganization of China’s civil aviation and attracted worldwide attention.
