在室内用生长速率法测定了辣椒碱、茶皂素及二者的混剂对棉花枯萎病的抑制作用。生测结果表明:辣椒碱与茶皂素及混剂对抑制棉花枯萎病菌丝的生长有一定的增效作用,LC50=0.063 44μg/mL,共毒系数为122.73;试验中两种药剂及其混剂仅对病菌有抑菌作用,但无杀菌作用。1 mL浓度5%辣椒碱.茶皂素微乳剂处理菌丝悬浮液,发现处理后的菌丝短而分枝少,菌丝形成隔膜较早,老化快,细胞壁变薄。
The inhibitory effect of capsaicin, tea saponin and the mixture of the two on cotton Fusarium wilt was determined by the growth rate method indoors.
