通过分析氦氖激光器在光反馈下的混沌动力学特征,提出了氦氖激光器混沌反馈相位控制方法,并建立了激光混沌反馈相位周期控制下的动力学方程和物理模型。选取适当的反馈系数,加入相位控制器控制反馈光的相移,通过对反馈系数和反馈光相移的控制,可以将激光混沌控制到稳定态、周期态及混沌态。结果表明:在不同强度的反馈光下,通过1/8波长周期相移调制控制、1/4波长周期相移调制控制、半波长周期相移调制控制以及波长周期相移调制控制,氦氖激光器的混沌经过一定的弛豫时间可以被控制到单周期态、双周期态、三周期态以及多周期态等。
By analyzing the chaotic dynamic characteristics of the He-Ne laser under light feedback, a method of controlling the phase of the He-Ne laser based on the chaotic feedback is proposed, and the kinetic equation and the physical model under the control of the laser chaos feedback phase and period are established. By choosing proper feedback coefficient and adding phase controller to control the phase shift of feedback light, laser chaos can be controlled to steady state, periodic state and chaos state by controlling phase shift of feedback coefficient and feedback light.
