本文为回顾性研究,资料取自Mayo医院微生物实验室.重新复习1974年11月1日~1977年2月28日间用手术治疗的182例骨髓炎患者,经手术中获得标本厌氧菌培养阳性,而排除从瘘管组织培养出本菌或有糖尿病并发症者.确定属于本病40例(男26,女14),岁龄4~83岁,平均38.3岁,首次培养出厌氧菌的平均年龄45.2岁.感染部位:胫骨14例,股骨11例,脊柱4例,肱骨、颅骨、指骨各3例,下颌骨2例.自感染到培养出厌氧菌的平均时间为7年10月(1天~69年)33例在初次手术时培养出厌氧菌,7例因手术不彻底未能获得.40例共做92次培养,计有15种细菌.31例为需氧菌厌氧菌混合感染,9例单纯厌氧菌感染.以厌氧球菌最多,又以大棘球菌为首;革兰氏
