基于CATIA“发布”的板料成形同步仿真技术研究

采用CATIA“发布”以及关联技术,通过构建CAE分析模板,实现了板料成形CAD设计模型和CAE分析模型的同步更新,在此基础上开发了完全集成于CATIA V5平台的汽车覆盖件全工序冲压成形模拟系统MSFA。解决了汽车覆盖件初期设计过程中由于CAD模型频繁修改而导致CAE模型重复建模的问题,对于工艺方案相近的CAD产品设计模型,能够同步建立新的CAE分析模型,在MSFA系统中实现了同步仿真,大幅度提高了产品设计和模具设计的效率。以某汽车侧围外板件数值模拟和实验结果的比较和发动机后挡板工艺方案改进为实例验证了同步仿真技术的可行性和有效性。 By using CATIA “Publish ” and related technology, the CAE analysis template was constructed to realize the synchronous update of the sheet metal forming CAD design model and the CAE analysis model.
