以Luthans关于心理资本理论为基础,对江苏地区四所高职院校236名毕业大学生实施心理资本的测试及就业质量的追踪调查,并对测试和调查结果展开相关分析和方差分析,得到心理资本中的自我效能、希望与就业质量存在显著的相关,同时自我效能在高职大学生就业质量的高低组上存在显著差异。最后,依据分析结果,对心理资本与就业质量的关系展开讨论,并对如何通过提升高职大学生的心理资本以提高他们的就业质量作出相关思考。
Based on Luthans’ theory of psychological capital, 236 college graduates from four higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province were tested on psychological capital and quality of employment. Relevant analysis and variance analysis were carried out on the results of tests and surveys to obtain psychological capital In the self-efficacy, hope and employment quality there is a significant correlation, while self-efficacy in the employment of high-quality college students there is a significant difference in the level of the group. Finally, according to the result of the analysis, the paper discusses the relationship between psychological capital and the quality of employment, and gives some suggestions on how to improve the quality of their employment by improving the psychological capital of higher vocational college students.
