目的分析博白县居民碘盐食用情况,为消除碘缺乏病提供科学的干预措施。方法对2012-2015年居民食用碘盐按照《广西碘缺乏病监测方案》进行抽样,采用《制盐工业通用试验方法》中的直接滴定法对碘离子进行测定。结果 2012-2015年共监测盐样1 500份,盐碘平均值为25.1 mg/kg。碘盐合格率为93.9%、碘盐覆盖率为98.4%、合格碘盐食用率为92.5%、非碘盐率为1.6%。结论 2012-2015年博白县居民食用碘盐的各项指标均达到国家消除碘缺乏病标准,但少数居民食用碘盐的质量堪忧,相关部门应加大碘盐知识宣传,确保人民群众的健康。
Objective To analyze the iodized salt consumption of residents in Bobai County and provide scientific interventions for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders. Methods The iodized salt of residents was sampled in 2012-2015 according to the “Guangxi Iodine Deficiency Disease Surveillance Program”, and the iodine ion was determined by the direct titration method in “Common Test Method of Salt Industry”. Results A total of 1 500 salt samples were monitored during 2012-2015, and the average salt iodine was 25.1 mg / kg. The qualified rate of iodized salt was 93.9%, the coverage of iodized salt was 98.4%, the qualified iodized salt was 92.5%, and the non-iodized salt was 1.6%. Conclusion The indicators of consumption of iodized salt by residents in Bobai County from 2012 to 2015 all reached the national standard of iodine deficiency deficiency elimination. However, the quality of iodized salt consumption by a few residents was worrying. Relevant departments should increase knowledge of iodized salt to ensure the health of the people .
