采用膜生物反应器(Membrane bioreactor,MBR)工艺处理磷霉素制药废水,考察了MBR反应器的启动过程及MBR工艺对磷霉素废水的处理效果和稳定性。结果表明,COD值为1 498.9 mg/L,总磷浓度为105.4 mg/L,有机磷浓度为98.0 mg/L的磷霉素废水,反应器在启动30 d后MBR内的污泥驯化基本完成,出水水质趋于稳定,COD去除率达80.0%以上,有机磷的去除率达45.3%,NH4+-N去除率达98.9%,出水NH4+-N浓度维持在2.0 mg/L以下。启动期间,MBR跨膜压差和膜通量基本保持稳定,膜污染现象不显著。
The treatment of fosfomycin pharmaceutical wastewater with Membrane bioreactor (MBR) process was carried out. The startup process of MBR reactor and the treatment effect and stability of fosfomycin wastewater by MBR process were investigated. The results showed that sludge acclimation in MBR was basically completed within 30 days after the reactor was activated for 30 days with COD of 1 498.9 mg / L, total phosphorus concentration of 105.4 mg / L and organic phosphorus concentration of 98.0 mg / L The effluent quality tended to be stable. The removal rate of COD was above 80.0%. The removal rate of organic phosphorus was 45.3%, the removal rate of NH4 + -N was 98.9% and the concentration of NH4 + -N in effluent remained below 2.0 mg / L. MBR transmembrane pressure drop and membrane flux remained stable during the start-up period, and membrane fouling was not significant.
