运用乳果糖──双歧因子(是含有N—乙酰—D—葡萄糖胺的糖类,为双歧杆菌合成细胞壁所必需)制成饮料给31名急性白血病接受化疗的患儿服用一周。分析患儿粪便中肠道菌群和SIgA含量于服用前后的变化,结果提示服用乳果糖制剂后,患儿粪便中双歧杆菌、肠杆菌数和SIgA含量增加,尖杆菌数减少,经统计学处理,双歧杆菌变化有显著意义(P<0.01),而肠杆菌,类杆菌数和SIgA量的变化没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。口服乳果糖能有效刺激肠道内双歧杆菌生长,并能减少有害菌生长,调整肠道菌群,有助肠道微生态平衡和屏障功能。
Bovine fructose ─ ─ bifidus factor (a saccharide containing N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, which is necessary for bifidobacteria to synthesize cell walls) was used to prepare a beverage for 31 weeks in children receiving chemotherapy for acute leukemia. Analysis of intestinal flora and SIgA content in children before and after taking changes in the results before and after taking the results suggest that taking lactulose in children with stool in children with bifidobacteria, Enterobacteriaceae and SIgA increased the number of reduced sharply, by the statistics (P <0.01), while there was no significant difference in the amount of Enterobacter, Bacteroidetes and SIgA (P> 0.05). Oral lactulose can effectively stimulate the growth of intestinal bifidobacteria, and can reduce the growth of harmful bacteria, regulate intestinal flora, intestinal micro-ecological balance and barrier function.
