为了将爆炸阻止住,到目前为止使用的装置,在拱型支架巷道或坑道的高,宽基本相等的木支架巷道很发达。在采掘薄煤层时,当巷道很宽并很低时,用一般型的岩粉及水槽棚阻止设施是有困难的,因为这需考虑到运输,提升和材料运输等方面的要求。在西德进行了一次煤尘爆炸过程特征及其防止措施的研究。为了这个研究,曾专门掘进了宽4.5米,高1.5米的石门,长度为9.5米。第一阶段研究了该巷道本身及相邻巷道的煤尘爆炸现象。得出了改变巷道连接处的断面积,能大大影响爆炸的流动状态。
In order to stop the explosion, so far the use of the device in the arched support tunnel or tunnel high, wide and basically the same wood support roadway is developed. In the mining of thin coal seams, it is difficult to stop the facilities with the general type of rock dust and sink shelves when the roadway is wide and low because it takes into account the requirements of transportation, lifting and material transport. A study on the characteristics of coal dust explosion process and its prevention measures was conducted in West Germany. For this study, a stone gate of 4.5 meters in width and 1.5 meters in height was specially excavated, measuring 9.5 meters in length. The first phase studied the phenomenon of coal dust explosion in the roadway itself and adjacent roadway. It has been found that changing the cross-sectional area of the roadway junction can greatly affect the flow of the explosion.
