我院1956年至1989年收治多发性骨髓瘤110余例,其中资料完整的95例中误诊或漏诊52例,现分析讨论如下。一般资料误诊的52例中,院外长期诊断不明或误诊者34例,院内误诊者18例。本组男35例,女17例。年龄30～71岁,45岁以上者41例(78.8%)。误诊时间:2～3个月5例, Our hospital from 1956 to 1989 admitted to more than 110 cases of multiple myeloma, of which 95 cases of complete data misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis of 52 cases, are analyzed and discussed as follows.
