研究 2 +2× 0 .3 8钢丝帘线在轻型载重子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明 ,轻型载重子午线轮胎的带束层材料采用 2 +2× 0 .3 8钢丝帘线替代 3 +9× 0 .2 2钢丝帘线 ,并适当调整带束层穿线板密度和工艺条件 ,轮胎的耐久性能和高速性能明显提高 ,成型和硫化过程中钢丝游离缺陷及由于钢丝锈蚀导致早期损坏的轮胎数量大幅度减小
Study on the application of 2 + 2 × 0.38 steel cord in light duty radial tire. The results show that the belt material of light duty radial tire uses 2 + 2 × 0. 38 steel cords instead of 3 + 9 × 0. 2 2 steel cords, and adjusts the belt penetration density and process conditions properly, The durability and high speed performance of the tire are significantly improved. The number of free defects of the steel wire during molding and vulcanization and the number of tires damaged early due to corrosion of the steel wire are greatly reduced
