我们在进行区委党建目标责任制落实情况检查时,发现部分基层党组织会议记录不规范,主要有几种情况:一是没有记录。有的党支部书记随便找个本子,简单记几笔,就算记录。二是党政不分。有些兼职党务干部把党组织的会议与行政、业务会议的内容记在一个本上。三是重点不明。个别的党组织负责同志在会议记录中不写明重要议题和决策结果,把会议记录变成了流水帐。 When conducting the inspection on the fulfillment of the target responsibility system for the party-building in the party committees and districts, we found that some of the meetings of the grassroots party organizations were not standardized in their records. There are mainly several situations: First, there is no record. Some party branch secretary casually find a book, a few simple pen, even if recorded. Second, regardless of party and government. Some part-time party cadres keep the contents of the party’s meetings and administrations and business meetings in mind. Third, the focus is unknown. Individual comrades in charge of party organizations do not write down important issues and decision-making results in the minutes of the meeting and turn the minutes into running accounts.
