语言能力是一种多层面的综合能力,包括语言理解所需的语音、词汇、语法、社会文化、相关策略等知识体系及相应的生成表达技能两个方面。我国英语教学应该尽快走出语言能力内涵理解、教学环境特征、教学阶段性目标定位及评估内容结构等误区,明确语言能力的阶段性知识体系和构建以输出为导向的EFL学习和测评体系,切实提高学习者的语言能力。
Linguistic competence is a multidimensional comprehensive ability that includes knowledge systems such as phonetics, vocabulary, grammar, social culture and related strategies required for language comprehension and corresponding generation and expression skills. The English teaching in our country should get out of the understanding of the connotation of language ability, the characteristics of teaching environment, the orientation of teaching stage and the misunderstanding of the content structure of assessment, the stage knowledge system of language ability and the construction of output-oriented EFL learning and evaluation system as soon as possible, Learner’s language ability.
