人到老年人体各器官功能均有不同程度的衰退。根据老年人的生理特点,决定了膳食营养的特殊性。膳食结构合理,营养平衡,合理安排一日三餐是延缓衰老的必要条件。 一、膳食必需平衡 适宜的热量,充足的优质蛋白质,少量脂肪,多种维生素和无机盐等。体重超过正常标准的要控制进食量,尤其是对油脂和糖的摄入量要加以控制。必须指出的是,在控制热量的同时,对蛋白质、钙、铁、硒、锌和各种维生素必须供给充足。
