随着市场化程度不断加剧,工程设计行业迎来全新竞争格局,国有工程设计企业面临挑战。以上海城市交通设计院为例,分析了发展现状和面临的挑战,提出了经营管理思路,在此基础上总结了项目经营、科研创新、人员管理方面的主要策略,可供国有工程设计企业参考借鉴。
With the increasing degree of marketization, the engineering design industry ushered in a new competitive landscape, and state-owned engineering design companies face challenges. Taking the Shanghai Urban Transport Design Institute as an example, the development status and challenges faced were analyzed, and the management ideas were put forward. Based on this, the main strategies for project management, scientific research innovation, and personnel management were summarized, which can be used as a reference for state-owned engineering design enterprises.
