作者对V型B族链球菌(GBS)多糖-破伤风类毒素(V-TT)结合菌苗的合成及其在动物中的免疫原性、调理作用和保护性作了研究。 作者将纯化的V型GBS多糖同TT连接为V-TT结合菌苗。并分别用50/μgV-TT结合菌苗或未结合的V型多糖在3周内免疫新西兰白兔3针(菌苗同3%明矾按1:1混匀)。然后,测定V型多糖的特异性抗体滴度,V-TT抗血清的调理活性,抗V-TT兔血清对成年鼠的被动保护作用及V-TT免疫母鼠后,对新生小鼠的保护作用。
The authors studied the synthesis of the GBS polysaccharide-tetanus toxoid (V-TT) -bacillus vaccine and its immunogenicity, conditioning and protection in animals. The authors linked the purified V-type GBS polysaccharide to TT as a V-TT binding vaccine. New Zealand white rabbits were immunized with 50 μg / ml V-TT and vaccine or unconjugated V-type polysaccharide in 3 weeks respectively. The vaccine was mixed with 3% alum at 1: 1. Then, the specific antibody titers of V polysaccharide, the conditioning activity of V-TT antiserum, the passive protective effect of anti-V-TT rabbit serum on adult mice and the protection of neonatal mice after V-TT immunization effect.
