采用界面聚合法,以甲苯二异氰酸酯和哌嗪为反应单体,58号固体石蜡为芯材,制备了一种新型的工业余热回收用石蜡相变微胶囊。用扫描电镜对微胶囊形貌进行表征,用光学显微镜测定微胶囊的粒径大小和分布,通过红外光谱对微胶囊的化学成分进行分析,用差示扫描量热仪考察了微胶囊的热性能。结果表明,在最佳工艺条件下制备石蜡相变微胶囊主要为球形,分散性良好,平均粒径为12.5μm,相变潜热可达153J/g。
A new type of paraffin phase-change microcapsule for industrial waste heat recovery was prepared by the interfacial polymerization method using toluene diisocyanate and piperazine as reaction monomers and No. 58 solid paraffin as the core material. The morphology of the microcapsules was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The size and distribution of the microcapsules were determined by light microscopy. The chemical composition of the microcapsules was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. The thermal properties of the microcapsules were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry . The results showed that the prepared paraffin phase-change microcapsules were spherical and had good dispersibility under the optimum conditions. The average particle size was 12.5μm, and the latent heat of phase transition was 153J / g.
