连续式混凝土搅拌机的合理结构、技术参数和工作制度的确定是当前一项迫切的任务。先分析一下—75型连续式混凝土搅拌站双轴搅拌机型机(比例1:2)的技术参数的研究结果。搅拌混合物形成过程模型试验的前提是:用搅拌物料的动力学上相似性来保证搅拌过程的相似性。过去,曾研究了搅拌机叶片在轴上布置对混合物均质性的影响,对搅拌机筒体中充填性能及对机器生产率和搅拌过程耗电量的影响。在叶片合理布置情况下,叶片轴转速对混合物均质性的影响、在合理的叶片布置和转速下,搅拌机筒体的安装倾角对搅拌过程及对混凝土制件强度指标的影响。
The determination of the reasonable structure, technical parameters and work system of continuous concrete mixers is an urgent task at present. First of all, analyze the results of the technical parameters of the -75-type continuous concrete mixing plant biaxial mixing machine (ratio 1:2). The precondition for the model test of the agitation mixture formation process is to ensure the similarity of the agitation process with the kinetic similarity of the agitated material.
