从项目功能和定位、主要技术标准、车流组成等方面入手,深入研究、阐述了新建辽源至长春铁路各接轨方案的可行性和合理性,并根据诸方案的工程投资、工程难宜、运输组织等比较结果,提出推荐意见:即线路起点接轨站为长春铁路枢纽引出的长双烟线上的双阳站,线路终点接轨站为辽源铁路地区的白泉站。
