重视培养工匠精神是我国从制造大国到制造强国发展的重要契机,怎样在职业院校教育中培养人们的工匠精神,实现职业技能和职业精神的结合成为职业院校教育人员需要思考的问题。《工匠精神读本》从实践改革角度入手,将6s管理理论、星级评价等要素进行重构,形成了具有职业院校教育特色的实践教学管理体系,解决了原有职业院校教学的重难点问题,为职业教育人才培养指明了方向。文章在解读工匠精神内涵的基础上,具体分析工匠精神在职业院校教育中的实践体现。
