利用重量法对苯,甲苯、乙苯、邻、间、对-二甲苯在ZSM-5中的扩散行为进行了研究,并对吸附质在分子筛中的吸、脱附过程分别进行了探讨。结果表明,在实验条件下。扩散系数间有如下关系:苯≥甲苯>乙苯≈对-二甲苯>邻-二甲苯-间-二甲苯。吸、脱附过程的扩散系数间存在差别,吸附过程扩散系数大于脱附过程的扩散系数,解释为是吸附作用的结果。故对反应物及产物形状选择反应,应分别使用吸、脱附扩散系数对产物分布进行分析。
The diffusion behavior of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, o-, m- and p-xylene in ZSM-5 was studied by gravimetric method. The adsorption and desorption processes of adsorbate in zeolites were discussed respectively. The results show that under experimental conditions. Diffusion coefficient between the following relations: benzene ≥ toluene> ethylbenzene ≈ p-xylene> o-xylene - m-xylene. Differences in the diffusion coefficient between adsorption and desorption processes were observed. The diffusion coefficient of the adsorption process was larger than the diffusion coefficient of the desorption process, which was interpreted as the result of adsorption. Therefore, reactants and product shape selection reaction, respectively, the adsorption and desorption diffusion coefficient of the product distribution analysis.
